Feeling Down Today

Thursday 27 July 2017

I woke up late today and am feeling a little down, due to that I think my OCD got a little worse today and I’m starting to feel like my writing isn’t very good again. I don’t know, seems when I’m depressed, I just think that everything I write just seems bad. Maybe I should just write and then look at it when I’m feeling happier to see if it’s good.

I managed to do my exercises, so that is a plus. I’m feeling fitter in general, just not feeling better when the pain spikes but I have more movement in my back.

I didn’t do much today due to feeling down but I’m not letting that stop me from posting, even if what I’m posting isn’t very much. I need to put something in place so even when down I can do something I want to.

Creative people often have moments where they feel like their work isn’t good, this is normal! You’re a perfectly fine content creator. Everyone has off days, and you’re still pushing yourself to make progress on your goals. Congrats 🙂 keep up the good work

    • Thanks for your kind words 🙂

Sorry for the late reply, I should make a habit of checking my spam folder.

I hope that by pushing myself I can make something, then when I’m in a better mind set I can look at it and see if it’s any good.

Thank you again, I hope you enjoy the site. 🙂
